All visits
Open Site Analytics in GenieCRM. The page opens on All visits — MLS Genie's own count of every visit to your website. It shows visitors, page views, searches, saved homes and leads and, when your site has a cookie consent banner, the share of visitors who accepted cookies.
Below that are a Visitors per day chart, Where visitors come from (each channel with its searches, saved homes and leads), Referring sites, Campaigns from your tagged links, Most-viewed pages, Top cities and Devices. When a consent tool is present, a Cookie choices card shows how many visitors accepted, declined or did not answer.
How visits are counted
No cookies are used. Each visitor gets an anonymous ID that changes every day, reset on your site's own clock, and no IP address is stored. Bots, and visits from any IP address you exclude in Site Analytics settings, are left out. City and region are looked up on your own server, with no outside service called on each visit. Detailed visit records are kept for 90 days, then rolled up into daily totals.
Narrowing the view
Choose 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, or a custom range. Filter by channel, device, city, campaign or page address — or click a channel, campaign, page or city in any card to narrow the whole page to it. Each filter shows as a chip you can remove. The range and filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view and come back to it.
With Google Analytics connected
Google Analytics is optional; without it you still see All visits. Once it is connected, a switch at the top offers three views:
- All visits — every visit: MLS Genie's count combined with Google Analytics day by day, taking the higher figure each day, so the total is never lower than Google's. Days before MLS Genie began counting come from Google Analytics, so the page is full from the first day.
- Consented only — Google Analytics' own figures, which only include visitors who accepted cookies.
- Side by side — both together.
The Visitors per day chart shows Google's sessions as a dashed line beneath all visits; hover or tap a day for its figures. Google Search Console stays on the page in every view.
Why the two numbers differ
Where your site has a cookie banner, Google Analytics only sees visitors who accepted cookies. MLS Genie counts every real visit without them, so All visits is usually the higher number. The channel, page, city and device breakdowns cover the visits MLS Genie has counted itself.
Who can see it
Site Analytics is for administrators, team admins and team leads.
