What does Exclusive Territory mean for a brokerage?
A Broker-tier subscriber locks a broad regional territory. No other Team or Broker subscriber can operate in that region. This means no competitor brokerage can subscribe to MLS Genie™ in your market while you are active.
Can franchise agents use our MLS Genie™ installation?
Yes. All agents under your brokerage operate on the same installation. There are no per-agent fees, and new agents can be onboarded at any time without changing your subscription cost.
