How does GeniePortal™ sync with GenieCRM™?
Every portal action — saving a search, favouriting a listing, viewing a property, requesting a CMA, using the mortgage calculator — is written to the visitor's GenieCRM™ lead profile immediately. The agent sees a unified activity timeline showing both CRM interactions and portal behaviour in one place. There is no sync delay and no manual step required.
Does a visitor need to register to use the portal?
Yes. Visitors register with their name and email, choose their persona (buyer, seller, or investor), and their account is created automatically. The registration also creates or updates their lead record in GenieCRM™. Agents are notified of new portal registrations instantly.
What does the buyer dashboard include?
