MLS Genie™ — a RoxxiStudios™ product ("Company", "we") —, a WordPress-native SaaS platform for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use our website (mlsgenie.com) and our platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details — when you register, book a demo, or contact us. We also collect usage data when you interact with the platform, including log data, browser type, and IP address.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: deliver and improve the MLS Genie™ platform; communicate with you about your subscription, updates, and support; send marketing communications (with your consent); and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Subscriber Data
Data generated by Subscribers within their MLS Genie™ installation (contacts, leads, listings) resides on the Subscriber's own WordPress hosting environment. The Company does not access or process this data except for technical support purposes with explicit Subscriber permission.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services in platform operation including mapping, analytics, MLS data, property data, and social publishing providers. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for 2 years after cancellation, unless you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time via our <a href="/contact">contact page</a>.
8. Your Rights

9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All sensitive credentials stored in the platform are encrypted at rest using industry-standard authenticated encryption. See our Data Security page for details.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to active Subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.
