Does the client need to log in to view the package?

No. The shareable link is public and requires no login. Your client clicks the link and sees the full package — comps, pricing analysis, net proceeds, and neighbourhood data.

Where does the comparable sales data come from?

Comp data comes from your live MLS feed via GenieScout™ and is supplemented with property data from our property intelligence layer. Comps are filtered by proximity, bedroom count, and status automatically.

Can I customise the pricing tiers?

Yes. The Conservative, Recommended, and Optimistic tiers are auto-calculated from comp data, but you can override any value manually. The net proceeds table updates in real time as you adjust figures.

Is the package branded to my agency?

Yes. Your agency name, logo, and contact details appear on the package. The shareable link is hosted on your domain.

Can I print or export the package as a PDF?

The package is designed to be shared digitally via the permanent link. A print-to-PDF option is available from the browser on the share page — the layout is optimised for A4/Letter output.
