Ask anything.
Get answers from your own site.
Ask Genie is the AI assistant at the top of every GenieCRM screen. Ask in plain English for live market numbers from your MLS feed, the leads you work, a neighborhood guide, how a feature works, or help from our team — and keep working on the screen you are on.
One assistant for the whole workday
Ask the way you would ask a colleague. Ask Genie works out where the answer lives — your MLS feed, your CRM, the product itself or the web.
Live market numbers
Prices, inventory, days on market, months of supply and sale-to-list for any city, area or subdivision — now, or for any past period your MLS holds.
Your leads
Find a lead by name, email, phone or lead number, or list your latest by source or type. It only shows the leads you can already see.
Research on the web
Schools, local businesses, events, news and rules that change — looked up live, with the sources listed under the answer.
Writing
Neighborhood guides, area descriptions, market updates, social posts and newsletters, linked to pages your site has actually published.
Learn the CRM
How any feature works today, where a setting lives, what your plan includes — plus everyday WordPress questions about pages, menus and media.
Support, opened for you
Tell it something is wrong or that you would like a feature, and it writes the support ticket from your conversation — checking the subject with you first.
Your market, in plain English — straight from your MLS feed
Name a place the way you would say it to a client. Ask Genie works out how your MLS files it, reads the numbers live, and picks out the ones that answer your question rather than reading out everything it knows.
Find any lead without leaving the screen you’re on
Look someone up mid-call, or ask for your latest leads by source or type. Ask Genie shows exactly the leads you can see in the CRM — your team’s lead-sharing setting decides which, and it follows My View or Team View.
Local content, researched and drafted in minutes
Ask for a “living in” guide, an area description or a week of social posts. When a piece makes claims about a real place — schools, parks, events — Ask Genie looks them up on the web rather than relying on memory, and lists its sources so you can check them.
Pine Hollow pairs quiet, tree-lined streets with an easy run into town. Families are served by two elementary schools in the Ridgeview district, and Hollow Lake Park hosts a Saturday farmers market through October. Explore the Pine Hollow community guide.
It sees the screen you’re on, so you never explain where you are
Each question carries a short summary of the screen in front of you — the page, the tab, its headings and the numbers on it. Ask “what does this number mean?” or “why is this empty?” and get an answer about what you’re looking at. Ask how any feature works and it reads the product as it’s installed on your site, so answers follow every update rather than an old manual.
Tell it what’s wrong. It writes the ticket.
When something needs our team, Ask Genie opens a support ticket for you. It writes the subject and description from your conversation — what you were doing, what you expected and what happened — and checks the subject with you before anything is sent.
Always one click away
Nothing to install and nothing to switch on — Ask Genie is part of every MLS Genie™ plan.
Open it anywhere
Click Ask Genie at the top of any CRM screen. On a phone it sits in the bottom corner, and swipes aside when you need the room.
Ask your way
Type, tap a suggested question, or tap the microphone and speak. Expand it to the whole window when you’re writing.
Keep working
The conversation follows you as you move around the CRM in the same tab, so you can ask, click through and carry on.
What Ask Genie sees, and what it keeps
Built for client data from the start. Read the full privacy guide.
Only what it needs
Your question, the conversation so far, a short summary of your screen and your role — and, for lead questions, only the leads you can see.
Gone when you close it
The conversation lives in your browser tab while you work. Closing the chat or the tab ends it and clears it.
One narrow exception
When an answer looks wrong, that one conversation is kept on your site for 30 days so it can be corrected — with client names, emails and phone numbers removed first.
Keys stay on the server
Each question carries a short-lived pass your site signs. Your licence key and AI credentials are never sent to your browser.
Respects lead sharing
Ask Genie shows the same leads you see in the CRM — never a lead your team’s sharing setting keeps from you.
You stay in charge
Ask Genie can make mistakes. Check anything important before you quote it to a client or publish it — it’s a fast first draft, not the final word.
Ask Genie questions answered
Where do I find Ask Genie?
Click Ask Genie at the top of any CRM screen. On a phone it sits in the bottom corner instead; swipe it to the side to tuck it away until you need it. Signed in to your own website, it is also a button in the bottom corner of every page and in the Elementor editor, where it knows which element you have selected.
Which plans include Ask Genie?
Every plan, Starter included. Looking up leads needs the Agent plan or above, because the Starter plan has no CRM leads to look up. Everything else works on every plan.
Where do the market numbers come from?
From your own MLS feed, read live when you ask. Who-lives-there figures, such as median household income and median age, come from US Census figures for the area's ZIP code.
Can Ask Genie change my leads?
No. It reads the leads you are allowed to see in the CRM and follows your My View or Team View. Edits, notes and stage changes are made on the lead page itself.
Does it look things up on the web?
Yes, for anything that changes: schools, local businesses, events, news and rules. When it uses the web, the sources are listed under its answer so you can check them.
Can Ask Genie make mistakes?
Yes. Check anything important before you rely on it — a number you will quote to a client, or copy you will publish. Ask Genie is a fast first draft, and you know your market.
What does Ask Genie keep?
Your conversation lives in your browser tab while you work; closing the chat or the tab clears it. The one exception: when an answer looks as though it went wrong, that conversation is kept on your site for 30 days so it can be checked, with client names, email addresses and phone numbers removed first.
Can it open a support ticket for me?
Yes. Tell it something is wrong, or that you would like a feature. It writes the ticket from your conversation, checks the subject with you before sending, and replies arrive on the Support screen in your account menu.
Is it secure?
Yes. Each question carries a short-lived pass your site signs, and answers come straight from MLS Genie's servers to your browser. Lookups of your own data are run by your site's server, as you. No keys or credentials are ever sent to your browser.
