Email your sphere
like a pro.
Drag blocks into place, type straight into the preview, and send. Live listings, market reports and home values fill themselves in on the day each email goes out — all wrapped in your brand.
Everything a real estate email needs
One builder for newsletters, market updates, new listings, home values and open houses — with the MLS data already inside it.
Drag-and-Drop Builder
Fourteen blocks to drag into the email, and every block can be dragged again to reorder — in the preview or in the block list.
Edit in the Preview
Click any text in the email and type. Bold, italic, links and lists, with undo and redo — what you see is what they get.
Live Listings
Set the area, price and beds once. The listings block finds matching homes from your MLS feed every time the email sends.
Market Report Block
Live figures, a trend chart and commentary written fresh for each send — a market update that never goes stale.
Design Settings
Pick the background, email width, font and link colour. Your logo and brand colours wrap every message automatically.
Write It for Me
Describe the email and Genie drafts it. A Fair Housing check reads the subject and every block before you send.
Saved Lists
Lists are saved filters that stay current. See who is in one by name, and untick anyone you want left out.
Schedule & Repeat
Pick the first send, then send once or repeat from daily to yearly. Live blocks rebuild on every repeat.
Honest Reports
Clicks you can trust, opens shown for what they are, audience health, unsubscribes and delivery problems.
Build an email the way you build a slide
Pick up a block and drop it exactly where you want it. A badge follows your cursor, a line shows where it will land, and the email updates the moment you let go.
Click the words. Change the words.
No forms to fill in on one side while you squint at the result on the other. Click any text in the preview and type — a small toolbar handles formatting, moving, copying and removing the block.
The content fills itself in
Most email tools give you a blank box and wish you luck. Here the blocks are connected to your MLS feed, so the homes, prices and market numbers are current on the day each email sends — including every time a repeating campaign goes out.
On brand without a designer
Every campaign is wrapped in your logo, colours and contact details automatically. The Design tab tunes the rest for each email, and the email is built to display well in mail apps and on phones.
The right people, at the right time
A list is a saved filter on your CRM, so it is never out of date. Choose who it covers, check who is in it, then send once or set it to repeat.
Numbers you can trust. Choices they control.
Reports lead with clicks, because many mail apps now open messages automatically and inflate open rates. Every email links to a branded preferences page, so people can turn down the volume instead of leaving altogether.
Want follow-up that starts on its own?
Campaigns go to a list when you choose. Drip Campaigns start on their own when a lead reaches a pipeline stage or fills in a form — and are built in this same builder. Most agents use both.

Which plans include Email Campaigns?
Email Campaigns are part of GenieCRM™, which starts on the Agent plan. Agent Pro, Team and Broker include it too.
Do I need to know HTML or design?
No. You drag blocks into the email and type straight into the preview. Bold, italic, links and lists work the way they do in any editor, and undo and redo are always one click away. Every email is wrapped in your branding automatically.
Which blocks can I use?
Fourteen: greeting, text, heading, button, image, image with text, two columns, live listings, market report, home value, signature, divider, spacer and social links. The listings block fills itself from the search you set, so it is current on the day each email sends.
Can each email be personal?
Yes. Merge fields drop in the recipient's first name, their city, your name and the current month, so a message sent to hundreds still reads one-to-one.
Who receives a campaign?
A list. Lists are saved filters — status, type, source, city or what someone signed up for — so they stay current as leads come and go. You can see everyone in a list by name, search it, and untick anyone you want left out. Leads with no consent on file, or who have unsubscribed, are excluded automatically.
Can a campaign repeat?
Yes. Send once, or repeat daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly. A repeating market update or newsletter rebuilds its live blocks every time it goes out.
What do the reports show?
Campaign performance, audience health, unsubscribes and delivery problems. Clicks are the number to trust; opens are shown, but many mail apps now open messages automatically, so they overstate real reading.
How do people unsubscribe?
Every campaign email links to a preferences page with your branding. Recipients choose which kinds of email they want, or stop everything in one click, and their choice applies to every future campaign and is recorded on the lead.
How is this different from Drip Campaigns?
Drip Campaigns are sequences that start on their own when a lead reaches a pipeline stage or fills in a form, built in this same builder. Email Campaigns are the messages you send to a whole list — newsletters, market updates, new listings, open houses — once or on a repeating schedule.
