Open Campaigns › Reports. Clicks are the number to trust. Opens are shown alongside, but mail apps that load images automatically register an open whether or not anyone read the message.

Audience health

How much of each list can actually be mailed, and why the rest cannot.

Unsubscribes

Who opted out, what they turned off, and which campaign prompted it.

Delivery problems

Messages that failed at the point of sending. Bounces and spam complaints are not included yet.

Visits from your emails

Links to your own site carry tracking tags, so the visits campaigns bring show up in your site analytics. A link you have already tagged yourself is left as it is.
