Why is there a $4,995 setup fee?
The setup fee covers full platform configuration — WordPress install, MLS connection, GenieScout™ setup, CRM configuration, theme setup, and agent onboarding. It is a one-time fee and is non-refundable. You are paying for a complete working platform, not just software access.
Are there any per-seat fees?
No. Never. Every MLS Genie™ plan is a flat monthly fee regardless of how many agents you have. Add 2 agents or 50 — your subscription does not change.
What is included in the setup fee?
Full WordPress installation on included managed hosting, MLS board connection and import configuration, CRM setup with your existing contacts imported, theme configuration, agent role setup, and a full team walkthrough.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. On cancellation: the MLS Genie™ plugin stops working, your Exclusive Territory is released, and the page builder licences (Beaver Builder and Elementor) bundled in your subscription become inactive — you would need your own licences to continue using them, around $100/year each. Is the pricing different for different markets?
Agent and Team plan pricing is fixed regardless of market. Broker plan pricing is quoted on demand based on scope. Exclusive Territory add-ons are priced per ZIP or region — contact us for details.
