Recipient preferences and unsubscribing

The branded page every campaign email links to, where people choose what they hear about or stop everything.

What recipients see

Every campaign email carries a link to a preferences page in your branding. There, a recipient chooses which kinds of email they want — newsletters, market updates, listing alerts, home value updates, and open houses and events — manages their listing alerts, and chooses whether you may reach them by email, text or both. One link unsubscribes them from everything. The same page is what Ask for consent on a lead sends them to.

What happens to their choice

Their choices apply to every campaign automatically and are recorded on the lead. A change to email or texts goes into the lead's consent history with the wording they saw beside the box. Someone who turns off newsletters still receives the market updates they kept. Texts can also be stopped at any time by replying STOP.

Messages that always send

Messages about a client's own purchase or sale — appointments, paperwork and closing updates — are sent regardless of these settings.

Previewing the page

Send yourself a test of any campaign. The preferences link at the bottom of the test opens the page exactly as your recipients see it, in a read-only preview.
