Scheduling and sending a campaign

Choose the list and kind of message, set the first send, repeat it if you like, and send yourself a test first.

Who it goes to

On the Campaign tab, choose the list under Send to and pick Send by — email, or text message once texting is set up. Kind of message says what the campaign is: a newsletter, a market update, a listing alert, a home value update, or an open house or event. Recipients can turn each kind on or off for themselves, so choosing the right one matters.

When it sends

Set the First send date and time in your site's time zone. Under Repeat, choose not to repeat, or daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly. Listings, market report and home value blocks are rebuilt for every send, so a repeating campaign always carries current homes and figures. Click Schedule when it is ready, or Save draft to come back to it.

Send a test first

Under Send a test, enter any email address and click Send test. The test goes out exactly as the campaign will, and is not counted in the campaign figures.

Text campaigns

Text campaigns need a dedicated number and an approved carrier registration. Until both are in place, carriers filter bulk messages before they arrive. Start the setup from Campaigns › Settings › Text messages — carrier approval takes a few days.
