Team leads shouldn't need
a separate analytics tool.
Most real estate teams have Google Analytics installed — but the broker or team lead never looks at it. It lives in a separate tab, requires a separate login, and shows numbers without context. So decisions get made on gut feel instead of data.
GenieCRM Site Analytics gives team leads and admins a real-time view of site performance — directly inside the CRM they're already in. No extra logins. No tab-switching. Just the numbers that tell you whether your marketing is working.

Analytics questions answered
Do I need a separate Google Analytics account?
No. You connect your existing Google account during setup. GenieCRM uses OAuth — your GA4 data is read-only and never stored on our servers beyond a 5-minute cache.
Does this replace Google Analytics or Search Console?
No. GenieCRM Site Analytics reads from your existing GA4 property and Search Console account. Your data stays in Google — we just surface the most relevant numbers inside your CRM.
What if I don't have GA4 set up yet?
GenieCRM will prompt you to connect. If you don't have GA4 installed on your site, we'll show you exactly how to add it — it takes about 5 minutes with Google Tag Manager.
Who on the team can see Site Analytics?
Site Analytics is visible to administrators, team admins, and team leads only. Individual agents see their own leads and pipeline — site analytics is a leadership and management tool.
Is Search Console data always available?
Search Console data appears once you authorise the additional Search Console scope during setup. Some accounts may have a 2-3 day delay before data appears, which is a Google-side limitation.
