What is included in Team Tools?

Is Team Chat a separate app?
No. Team Chat is built into MLS Genie, with channels, private groups, and direct messages, plus @mentions, file sharing, read receipts, and archiving.
What does the Team Directory do?
It lists every member with photo, role, and contact info, searchable by name, with full agent profiles. Email and Message buttons keep contact inside the platform.
Are there per-seat fees?
No. Team Tools are part of the platform on the Team tier and white-label brokerage builds. The Team tier includes up to 15 agents flat; each additional agent is $99/mo — with no separate messaging fees at any size.
