Can I set different commission splits for different agents?
Yes. Commission Manager supports per-agent split configurations. You can set a default waterfall and override it per agent or per transaction. Splits can be percentage-based or flat-fee.
Does it handle referral fees?
Yes. Referral fees to outside agents or brokerages can be entered per transaction and are factored into the waterfall calculation before agent splits are applied.
Does it support cap-based commission structures?
Yes. You can configure annual volume tiers with caps. Once an agent reaches their cap threshold, their split automatically adjusts for the remainder of the year. The system tracks volume per agent across all recorded transactions.
Can I export commission reports for accounting?
Yes. Commission reports can be exported as CSV for import into QuickBooks or any accounting system. Reports can be filtered by agent, date range, or transaction type.
Is Commission Manager included in all plans?
Commission Manager is included in Team and Broker plans. It is not available on the Agent plan as it is designed for multi-agent operations.
