Build a form. Capture a lead.
Nothing in between.
Genie Forms is the drag-and-drop form builder built into GenieCRM™. Design custom lead capture forms in minutes, place them anywhere with a shortcode, and every submission lands in your CRM as a deduplicated lead — pipeline, drip campaign, and notifications included.
From blank canvas to CRM lead in one system.
Drag-and-Drop Builder
Build forms visually inside GenieCRM™. Add, reorder, and configure fields by drag and drop — no code, no third-party form plugin, no separate login.
Full Field Palette
Name, email, phone, message, dropdown, checkbox, and text fields — each configurable as required or optional, saved per form.
Shortcode Placement
Every form gets a shortcode. Paste it into any page, post, or Elementor widget and the form renders there — styled to your site, wired to your CRM.
Instant Lead Creation
Every submission runs through the same lead engine as the rest of MLS Genie™ — a new lead is created, or an existing one deduplicated by contact details, with notes attached.
Pipeline & Drip Automation
Submissions land in your pipeline automatically, and each form can enroll its leads in a drip campaign of your choice — a valuation form feeds seller nurture, an open-house form feeds buyer follow-up.
Source Attribution
Tag each form with its own lead source so you always know which page, campaign, or sign produced the lead — feeding the same attribution reporting as every other intake path.
Notifications, Per Form
Route each form's submissions to its own notification address — the listing team, a specific agent, or the front desk — while the contact gets a branded confirmation email automatically.
Submissions Log
Every submission is recorded with a status — new, contacted, or duplicate — so you can audit exactly what each form produced and when, right inside the CRM.
Works Alongside Form Bridge
Already have forms elsewhere? Form Bridge connects them into the same lead engine. Genie Forms builds native ones. Both produce identical, deduplicated CRM leads.
Three steps. No plugins. No glue code.
Third-party form plugins capture submissions into their own inbox — then you export, import, and hope the lead survives the trip. Genie Forms skips all of it because the form builder and the CRM are the same product.
Genie Forms questions answered
What is Genie Forms?
Genie Forms is the native form builder built into GenieCRM™. You build custom lead capture forms by drag and drop inside the CRM, then place them on any page of your site with a shortcode. Every submission is processed by the same lead engine as the rest of MLS Genie™ — no third-party form plugin required.
What happens when someone submits a form?
The submission creates a lead in GenieCRM™ — or deduplicates against an existing lead by contact details — and is added to your pipeline. Depending on the form's settings it can also enroll the lead in a drip campaign, tag a custom lead source for attribution, and send a notification to a per-form email address. The contact gets a branded confirmation email.
What field types are available?
The field palette includes name, email, phone, message, dropdown, checkbox, and text fields. Fields are added, reordered, and configured by drag and drop, and each form is saved as its own reusable unit.
How do I put a form on a page?
Every form gets a shortcode. Paste it into any page, post, or Elementor widget and the form renders there — styled to your site, wired to your CRM.
Is there a record of submissions?
Yes. Every submission is written to a submissions log inside GenieCRM™ with a status — new, contacted, or duplicate — so you can audit exactly what came in from each form and when.
How is Genie Forms different from Form Bridge?
Genie Forms builds native forms from scratch inside the CRM. Form Bridge connects forms you already have — third-party form plugins or external platforms — into the same lead engine. Both feed identical, deduplicated leads into GenieCRM™; use whichever fits the page, or both.
Which tiers include Genie Forms?
Genie Forms is part of GenieCRM™, included in every tier from Agent up.
