Does GenieCRM™ replace tools like Follow Up Boss or LionDesk?
Yes — GenieCRM™ is a full replacement for standalone real estate CRMs. It includes leads, pipeline, drip campaigns, tasks, client alerts, team chat, and commission management in a single login. No third-party CRM subscription required.
Is GenieCRM™ built on WordPress?
Yes. GenieCRM™ runs as a secure shell inside your WordPress installation. It uses its own routing system so it never conflicts with your theme or public-facing pages. Your agents log in to the same WordPress site — no separate app.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. We import your existing contact database as part of the $4,995 setup. We support CSV imports from most CRM platforms including Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, CINC, and BoomTown.
How does lead routing work?
Leads can be routed by source, area, or agent using configurable rules. During a CINC migration, Form Bridge delivers every incoming lead into both GenieCRM™ and CINC simultaneously. Forminator form submissions can be mapped to specific agents or pipelines.
Is there a per-seat fee for agents?
No. MLS Genie™ has no per-seat fees on any plan. Add as many agents as your business needs — your monthly subscription stays the same.
What happens to CRM data if I cancel?
Your WordPress installation and all data stay with you — contacts, notes, pipeline history, and activity logs all remain in your database and are fully exportable. The GenieCRM™ plugin stops functioning after cancellation. Note: the Beaver Builder and Elementor licences bundled in your MLS Genie™ subscription would also become inactive — your own licences are around $100/year each if needed.
