Is MLS Genie™ too much platform for a solo agent?
No. Solo agents use the same platform as teams — you just do not need the multi-agent features. You get a full professional website, live MLS import, CRM, and AI chat for a flat monthly fee. There is no bloated feature tax.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Setup is handled entirely by the MLS Genie™ team as part of your $4,995 onboarding. We configure your site, connect your MLS, import your listings, and hand you a fully working platform.
Can I upgrade to a Team plan later?
Yes. If you hire agents or grow into a team, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Your data, listings, and CRM history carry over without any migration.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Your WordPress site and all your data — contacts, listings, content — stay with you and are fully portable to any host. The MLS Genie™ plugin stops working. One thing to note: page builder licences (Beaver Builder and Elementor) are bundled in your MLS Genie™ subscription — after cancellation you would need your own licences, around $100/year each.
Is my site portable if I cancel?
Yes. Your WordPress install, all content, and all data are yours to take to any host. The MLS Genie™ plugin stops working after cancellation, and the Beaver Builder and Elementor licences bundled in your subscription would no longer be active — but the site itself is 100% portable.
