Questions from agent teams
How many agents can be on one plan?
There is no agent limit on any MLS Genie™ plan. The Team plan at $1,995/mo covers your entire team regardless of size. You pay one flat fee — not per seat.
Can different agents have different access levels?
Yes. GenieCRM™ has a full role system: agent, manager, team admin, team lead, and marketing roles each have their own capability sets. Leads, pipeline, and commission data can all be scoped by role.
Can we see all agent activity in one place?
Yes. Team admins and managers have a unified view of all leads, pipeline stages, tasks, and commission transactions across the entire team. Individual agents see only their own records.
Does it integrate with our CINC PPC leads?
Yes. During your transition, Form Bridge intercepts every incoming lead and delivers it into both GenieCRM™ and CINC simultaneously — your team keeps working in CINC as normal. Typically 30-45 days. When you cancel CINC, Form Bridge is turned off.
How does onboarding work for multiple agents?
We onboard the team lead and admin during setup, then provide a walkthrough session for the full team. Most teams are self-sufficient within one week. Ongoing support is included.
