MLS Genie™ was born out of a real problem. A real estate team in the Southern California mountains was paying for BoomTown, a separate CRM, a social marketing tool, a review management platform, and two other SaaS subscriptions — none of which talked to each other.
MLS Genie™ is a RoxxiStudios™ product — built by a small team of developers and real estate operators. We built MLS Genie™ as a WordPress plugin so teams can run their entire operation from a platform they actually own.
Today MLS Genie™ serves agents, teams, and independent brokerages across the US. Every feature is built from real agent feedback. Every release ships on a live site first.
How we build and why it matters
You own your site
MLS Genie™ is a WordPress plugin — not a hosted platform. Your WordPress site and data are always yours. The plugin is subscription-licensed: if you cancel, the plugin stops working, but your site and data remain completely in your hands. Bundled page builder licences (Beaver Builder, Elementor) are included while you subscribe — your own licences are around $100/year if you ever need them after cancellation.
One market, one subscriber
We don't flood territories. Exclusive Territory means we sign one team per market — and we mean it, in writing.

Every feature ships because a real agent or team asked for it. We run MLS Genie™ on live client sites before we ship to anyone else.
