Which review platforms are monitored?

Review Management monitors Google Business Profile, Facebook, Zillow, Yelp, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Trulia, and 14+ additional platforms from a single dashboard. New platforms are added regularly.

Can I respond to reviews from the dashboard?

Yes. You can respond to reviews on all supported platforms directly from the Review Management dashboard. AI-drafted responses are suggested automatically and can be edited before posting.

Does it send automated review requests to clients?

Yes. You can configure automated review request campaigns triggered by events in GenieCRM™ — such as a closing date or a status change. Requests are sent via email or SMS.

What are NPS surveys?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys are short one-question surveys sent to clients asking how likely they are to recommend your agency. Results are tracked over time and help identify your most satisfied clients for review requests.

Is review management included in all plans?

Review Management is available as a $99/mo add-on for Agent plans (or $49/mo as listed) and is included in Team and Broker plans.
