Which review platforms are supported?
Google Business Profile and Facebook connect natively — reviews sync automatically and replies post straight to the platform from your inbox. Your other review sites — Zillow, Yelp, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, and more — are connected by our team during onboarding; new reviews from those sites arrive in the same inbox as cards.
Can I respond to reviews from the dashboard?
Yes. On Google and Facebook your reply posts natively with one click — and you can edit or remove it later from the same card. For your other connected sites, Genie drafts a tailored reply; one click copies it and opens the review so you can sign in and post it, then mark the card responded.
What does the Auto-Responder do?
The opt-in Auto-Responder answers positive Google and Facebook reviews that no one has responded to after a delay you set. With Backlog catch-up enabled it also works through old unanswered positive reviews a few per day until the backlog is clear. Low-rated reviews always wait for a human, and every response is announced in your notifications.
How fast is it with years of review history?
