Can individual agents post under their own brand?
Currently GenieSocial™ supports team-brand publishing. Per-agent social accounts and personalised agent posting is on the roadmap for a future release.
How does the AI auto-response for reviews work?
GenieSocial™ drafts a contextually appropriate response to each new review using AI. You can set it to post automatically or require approval before publishing. Responses are written in your brand voice.
Does GenieSocial™ include review request campaigns?
