One-click sign-in links

Invite and message emails sign the client in with one click. Each link works once and expires after 7 days.

No password needed

Portal invites and new-message emails carry a one-click sign-in link. The client clicks it and lands in their portal, signed in — no password to choose or remember.

How the links are protected

Each link works once. After it has been used, or 7 days after it was sent, it no longer signs anybody in.

When a link has expired

A client who opens a used or expired link is offered Send me a new link. A fresh link goes to the email address on their account, so a forwarded email cannot be used to get into someone else’s portal.
