Portal status on a lead

Dormant, Invited, Signed in or Active — where each lead is with their portal, and how to filter the Leads list by it.

The four statuses

Every lead shows where they are with their client portal:

  • Dormant — the account exists, but no invite has been sent.
  • Invited — an invite has been sent; the client has not signed in yet.
  • Signed in — the client has signed in to their portal.
  • Active — the client is using their portal.

Filtering the Leads list

Open the filter panel on the Leads list and choose a portal status to see only those leads — for example, everyone still Dormant, ready for a bulk invite, or everyone Invited who has not signed in yet.
