Choosing which statuses and property types show

Set the listing statuses and property types your site shows once in Site Settings, and override them on any element.

Two places, one rule

Which listings appear is decided by the page builder, never by CRM settings. Set it once for the whole site, then override it on any element that needs something different. The element’s own choice always wins.

Statuses and property types in Site Settings and on one element
Sample data.
  1. Site Settings › MLSGenie™ › Listing Statuses — the statuses every search, grid and similar-listings element shows.
  2. Site Settings › MLSGenie™ › Property Types — the property types they show.
  3. On one Half-Map Search: Content › Results › Statuses Shown and Property Types Shown replace the site’s lists for that element.
  4. Content › Search Filters › Suggestions While Typing turns the address suggestions on or off.

How to open Site Settings

  1. Edit any page with Elementor.
  2. Click the menu at the top left of the panel, then Site Settings.
  3. Choose MLSGenie™, then Listing Statuses or Property Types.

What it changes

  • Listings in other statuses or types never appear in results, pins, suggestions or similar listings.
  • The Status and Property Type filters offer exactly the values shown, in plain words — Active under contract rather than ActiveUnderContract.
  • Leaving a list empty shows every status or type.
  • The Property Grid’s own Statuses Shown and Property Types Shown settings do the same for that grid.
