What you can ask
- Look someone up — by name, email address, phone number or lead number. You get their contact details, lead type, source and who they are assigned to.
- List recent leads — the most recent ten, or up to twenty-five, narrowed by a name or email search, by lead source (a form, an import, added by hand) or by type (buyer, seller, investor).
Questions to try
- Show me my recent leads.
- Who are my newest seller leads?
- Find the lead with the email pat@example.com.
- Show me my latest leads from website forms.
Whose leads you see
Ask Genie shows the same leads you can see in the CRM. Your team's lead-sharing setting decides which those are, and if you can switch between My View and Team View, Ask Genie follows the view you are in. Ask Genie reads leads; it does not change them — edits, notes and stage changes are made on the lead page itself.
Plans
Looking up leads is included from the Agent plan up, because the Starter plan has no CRM leads to look up.
