Every deal,
in one view.
Move every deal through a clean eight-stage board — New Lead to Closed. Every column is a step forward, urgency is a separate flag, and long-term contacts sit off the board without cluttering it. Drag and drop on desktop, tap to move on mobile.
A deal board built for real estate
Eight stages, drag-and-drop, and automation that fires at the right moment.
Eight-Stage Board
New Lead, Attempted, Contacted, Appointment Set, Appointment Met, Active Client, Under Contract, Closed — every column a step forward. Rename any of them to match how your team talks.
Drag-and-Drop
Move deals across the board on desktop with a simple drag — your whole book at a glance.
Move on Mobile
On your phone, each card has Move to and Archive, so you update deals between showings.
Priority, Not a Column
Mark any lead Hot, Warm or Cold independently of its stage — a lead can be hot while under contract. Left unset it shows the calculated score.
Stage-Triggered Drips
Enter a stage and the right drip campaign can start automatically — no manual sends.
Closed Does Not Pile Up
Completed deals graduate to Past Client after 90 days, so Closed stays useful. Nurturing, Sphere and Do Not Contact sit off the board entirely.
Pipeline questions answered
What are the pipeline stages?
Eight, in order: New Lead, Attempted, Contacted, Appointment Set, Appointment Met, Active Client, Under Contract, and Closed. Every deal moves left to right as it progresses, and you can rename any stage to match your team.
How do I move a deal between stages?
On desktop you drag and drop cards across a Kanban board. On mobile each card has Move to and Archive controls in a tab view.
Does moving a deal do anything automatically?
Moving a lead into a stage can trigger a drip campaign. Separately, a deal that has been Closed longer than your retention window moves to Past Client on its own, so the Closed column does not collect every deal you have ever done.
Can I see the value of my pipeline?
Yes. Pipeline shows the value of deals in flight, and history snapshots are stored so you can analyze how your pipeline changes over time.
What if a lead has unsubscribed?
Pipeline warns you before moving an unsubscribed lead into a campaign-triggering stage, so you stay compliant.
