Know who to call
before you open the list.
Lead Score reads three signals — when you last touched the lead, how urgent their timeline is, and how active they are on your site — and turns them into a single heat rating. Open your list and the people who need a call right now are already at the top.
Lead Score — what it does
Four Heat Levels
Every lead is rated Hot, Warm, Cool, or Cold, so a glance at your list tells you where to spend the next hour.
Real Touches Only
Scoring is driven by actual contact — notes, emails, and calls — not pipeline shuffling, so the heat is honest.
Timeline-Aware Decay
An ASAP lead cools in days; a long-horizon lead has weeks. The decay matches each lead’s urgency.
Site-Activity Boost
Recent property views nudge a lead warmer — five or more in a week can push them Hot.
At-a-Glance Tooltip
Hover any lead to see heat level, last touch, next reminder, and timeline together.
Always Sorted Right
Open the list and the people who need you most are already on top — no manual triage.
Lead Score questions answered
What makes a lead go Hot?
Three things: how recently you contacted them, how urgent their stated timeline is, and how active they are on your site. An ASAP lead surfaces as Hot immediately, while site activity of five or more views in a week pushes a lead toward Hot.
What counts as a touch?
Real contact — a note, an email, or a call. Moving a lead through pipeline stages does not reset the score, so the heat reflects actual outreach, not busywork.
Why do some leads cool off faster than others?
The decay is tuned to the lead's timeline. An ASAP lead cools within days of silence; a 1+ year lead has weeks before it cools; a Just Looking lead never goes Hot from silence alone.
Where do I see the score?
On every lead in the CRM, with a hover tooltip showing the heat level, last touch, next reminder, and timeline at a glance.
