Listing SEO and structured data

How meta titles, descriptions, social cards, and Schema.org structured data are generated for your listing, city, and area pages.

What it does

The SEO engine writes a custom title, meta description, and social preview card (Open Graph and Twitter) for every page it owns: single listings, and the city, area, ZIP, property type, status, and sub-type pages. It also emits Schema.org structured data on those same pages so search engines can read your inventory natively — not just as text on a page.

Structured data emitted

Single listings receive RealEstateListing markup with the property it offers (address, location, beds, baths, size, year) and an availability-aware price offer. City, area, and ZIP pages receive a Place node plus a CollectionPage and an ItemList of the listings under that term. Property type, status, sub-type, and the listings archive receive a collection and item list. A BreadcrumbList is added for navigation context.

Intelligent meta

Titles and descriptions adapt to each listing: optional sections only appear when their data exists, empty values (beds, baths, size, year, price) are skipped, price renders as currency, and your Terms Manager renames are honoured — so one template reads correctly across houses, land, and everything in between.

Works alongside your existing SEO plugin

If you already run an SEO plugin, a built-in conflict guard suppresses its competing tags only on the pages the engine owns while the feature is on — so there is exactly one set of meta per page, never two. On every other page of your site, your SEO plugin is left completely untouched. Breadcrumb structured data is emitted only when no third-party SEO plugin is active, so breadcrumbs never double up.

Turning it on

Go to Settings → SEO and switch on the master toggle. The default templates produce correct output immediately; you can refine the per-page patterns at any time.

We replaced BoomTown and three other tools the week we went live. The MLS sync alone saved us four hours a day. Our agents were in the CRM on day one — there was nothing to learn.
