Initial platform setup

After installation

Once MLS Genie™ is installed and activated on your WordPress site by your account manager, follow these steps to complete the initial setup:

1. Log in and confirm access — Log in to WordPress. You should be automatically redirected to the GenieCRM™ dashboard.
2. Check your profile — Go to Settings → Profile. Confirm your name, email, phone, and agency details are correct.
3. Verify the MLS connection — Go to Settings → GenieScout and confirm the MLS connection status shows as Active.
4. Add your team — Go to Team Directory and invite any additional team members. Assign each member the appropriate role.
5. Configure Form Bridge — Go to Settings → Form Bridge and enable each contact form on your site.
6. Set up drip campaigns — Go to Campaigns and create your first lead nurture sequence.
