Where credentials are stored
All API credentials are stored in Settings → Credentials in the CRM. Credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption — they are never stored in plaintext.
Credentials managed by your account manager
The following credentials are configured during onboarding and should not be modified without consulting your account manager:
- MLS board connection credentials
- Property data API key
- Map tile API key
Credentials you manage
- Google OAuth — For Google Analytics and Google My Business integration. Set up in Settings → Integrations → Google.
- AI API key — Required for GenieAI™. Provided with your subscription and entered in MLS Genie™ → GenieAI™.
Rotating credentials
If a credential needs to be rotated, update it in the Credentials panel and click Save. The new value is encrypted and stored immediately.
