What is GenieSocial™?
GenieSocial™ is the social media and review management suite inside MLS Genie™. It gives your team a single place to create and publish social media posts and monitor your online reputation — without leaving the CRM.
What is included
- Posts dashboard — View and manage published and scheduled social posts across your connected accounts. Filter by platform.
- Post composer — Create and publish social media content from within GenieCRM™.
- Review management — Monitor and respond to reviews across multiple platforms from a unified inbox.
Who can access GenieSocial™
GenieSocial™ is available to users with the Team Admin, Team Lead, Marketing, or Administrator role. It appears in the CRM navigation between Pipeline and Team Chat.
Connecting accounts
Social account connections are configured in Settings → Connections. Enter your GenieSocial™ API key to activate the module. Contact your account manager for your API key.
