Reading Genie Chat conversations and usage

The Conversations and Usage tabs: every chat, who it became, and how much the chat is used.

Conversations

MLS Genie › Genie Chat › Conversations lists every chat with its date, the visitor (Anonymous until they give their details), the page they started on and whether a lead was captured. Filter to With lead only or No lead captured. Open one to read the whole transcript, and use Open lead in CRM to go to the lead.

Usage

MLS Genie › Genie Chat › Usage shows the last 30 days: AI requests, web searches, tokens and estimated cost, in total and per person.
