Before it works, you need your own approved Bridge API agreement with your MLS — the paperwork, approvals, and any data-access fees are yours — and you enter and maintain the connection yourself. MLS Genie™ includes one MLS connection in every plan: we build and maintain the feed, sync it every 15 minutes, validate locations, merge the same home across feeds where that is switched on, and correct addresses against county parcel records. Every listing, city, and area page ships with its own meta and Schema.org data, and new URLs are pushed to search engines on import.
CRM, leads & follow-up
Here the gap is widest. Real Estate Manager handles enquiries and email notifications, and its AI chat can capture a lead when no property matches — but a CRM, pipeline, lead scoring, tasks, and drip campaigns are not part of its published feature set.
