Real Estate Manager pricing, explained plainly
What Real Estate Manager really costs — the $49 licence, the $99 MLS add-on, and the pieces outside the box — next to MLS Genie™ managed platform pricing.
A $49 DIY plugin licence vs a managed platform that includes the MLS feed, CRM, marketing, and an account manager — MLS Genie™ from $195/mo. Compare what each price actually buys.
In short: Real Estate Manager is licence-priced — $49 one-time for one site, $179 for five, $599 for twenty, all with lifetime updates. Live MLS data is a $99 one-time Bridge Web API add-on that needs your own MLS data agreement, and AI features run on your own provider key. That is economical for building a listings site, but a CRM, lead generation, marketing, and managed support are not included. MLS Genie™ is a managed platform from $195/mo (Agent $495, Agent Pro $795, Team $1,695) that includes all of it. This page breaks down what each price actually buys.

How Real Estate Manager pricing works
Real Estate Manager Pro is sold as a one-time licence: $49 for one site with six months of author support, $179 for five sites with twelve months, and $599 for twenty sites with twelve months of priority support. Every licence unlocks the same features and includes lifetime updates. Add-ons are bought separately — the Bridge Web API connector for live MLS data is $99 one-time for one site; prices for the other add-ons were not published on its add-on index.
What the price does not include
The licence buys a listings plugin, not a platform. To pull live MLS data you also need your own approved Bridge API agreement with your MLS, along with any data-access fees it charges. The AI features run on your own provider API key, billed by that provider. A CRM, lead scoring, drip marketing, market reports, a client portal, and managed setup are not advertised at all. None of that is a knock on the plugin — it is a different scope — but when you compare prices, compare what each one includes.
The licence buys a listings plugin, not a platform.
Total cost of the stack
Look past the $49 to the working total: the plugin, the $99 MLS connector, your MLS data fees, AI usage, the add-ons you need, a separate CRM and marketing tools, hosting, and the hours you or a developer spend configuring and maintaining it. For agents already paying for a CRM and a separate website, the honest comparison is that full stack — not the licence line. MLS Genie™ folds it into one managed subscription.

MLS Genie™ pricing, plainly
MLS Genie™ is a managed platform: Starter from $195/mo, Agent from $495/mo, Agent Pro from $795/mo, and Team from $1,695/mo with 15 agents included. Every plan includes one MLS connection that we build and maintain, and a dedicated account manager; optional one-time setup is available. One subscription covers the MLS feed, the website, the CRM, marketing, the portal, and support.
The value case
If a listings site you build yourself is all you need, Real Estate Manager’s licence is hard to beat on price. If you need the MLS feed, a real CRM, lead generation, marketing, and a client portal working together — and run for you — a managed platform costs more per month but replaces a stack of add-ons, a separate CRM, the MLS paperwork, and the hours to run them. Compare the total, not the licence.

What Real Estate Manager pricing gets you
- Very low cost of entry — a $49 one-time licence with lifetime updates and no monthly fee.
- Broad page-builder support (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg), a custom fields builder, and a large add-on catalogue.
- Long track record — sold since 2017 — with a free agent mobile app and built-in AI tools for those who bring their own API key.
What the licence does not include
- It is a listings plugin, not a platform — a CRM, lead scoring, drip marketing, market reports, and a client portal are not advertised.
- Live MLS data is a separate add-on that needs your own approved Bridge API agreement with your MLS, set up by you.
- Many features are paid add-ons, AI usage is billed by your own provider, and support on a single-site licence lasts six months.
Why we built it this way
Three things we left out on purpose — and what you get instead.
No forced sign-up
Buyers can see the same listings free on Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com, so a login wall sends them there. Your listings stay open, and saved searches, alerts and the client portal earn the sign-up instead.
No dialer
Agents told us they don’t want dialers, and auto-dialers tend to get numbers flagged “Spam Likely.” You call from your own phone, with tap-to-call on every lead.
Private portal chat, not texting threads
Agent and client talk in private chat between GenieCRM™ and the client’s portal — kept with you, without the consent and recording risks of texting. Clients get a push or email nudge when a message is waiting.
See it on a site you own.

Real Estate Manager pricing – common questions
How much does Real Estate Manager cost?
Real Estate Manager Pro is a one-time licence: $49 for one site with six months of support, $179 for five sites, and $599 for twenty sites, each with lifetime updates. The Bridge Web API add-on for live MLS data is $99 one-time for one site. Pricing may change, so confirm with the vendor. MLS Genie™ is a managed platform from $195/mo.
Is Real Estate Manager cheaper than MLS Genie?
On the licence line, yes — by a wide margin. But they are different products: Real Estate Manager is a DIY listings plugin, while MLS Genie™ is a managed platform that includes an MLS feed we run, a native CRM, lead scoring, marketing, a client portal, and an account manager. Compare what each price includes, not the number alone.
What does Real Estate Manager’s price not include?
Your MLS data agreement and any fees your MLS charges, AI provider usage, add-ons such as saved-search alerts and wishlists, a CRM, marketing tools, and the time to set up and maintain it all. MLS Genie™ folds those into one subscription.
Is MLS Genie the same as Real Estate Manager?
No. MLS Genie™ and Real Estate Manager (WP-REM) are separate, unaffiliated products from different companies. Both are self-hosted WordPress plugins, but Real Estate Manager is a listings plugin, while MLS Genie™ is a full platform — MLS/IDX engine, IDX website, CRM, lead generation, marketing, and client portal.
What is the core difference between MLS Genie and Real Estate Manager?
Scope and who does the work. Real Estate Manager gives you the tools to build a listings site yourself, with live MLS data available through a separate add-on. MLS Genie™ is a complete platform run for you — it connects and maintains your MLS feed, builds an SEO-ready IDX website, and adds a CRM, lead scoring, drip marketing, market reports, and a client portal.
Does Real Estate Manager include a CRM?
A CRM is not advertised. Real Estate Manager handles listings, agents, enquiries, and email notifications, and its AI chat can capture leads, but pipeline management, lead scoring, tasks, and drip campaigns are not part of its published feature set. MLS Genie™ includes GenieCRM™ natively.
How does MLS data compare?
Real Estate Manager connects to live MLS data through its Bridge Web API add-on ($99 one-time). You must already hold an approved Bridge API agreement with your MLS, and you set the connection up yourself. MLS Genie™ includes one MLS connection in every plan — we build and maintain the feed — with 15-minute sync, geo-validation, cross-MLS dedupe, and county-parcel address correction.
Is MLS Genie more expensive than Real Estate Manager?
Yes — because they are different kinds of product. Real Estate Manager is a one-time plugin licence from $49, plus paid add-ons. MLS Genie™ is a managed platform from $195/mo that includes the MLS connection, IDX website, CRM, marketing, and an account manager. You are comparing a DIY plugin with a done-for-you platform.
Do the AI features cost extra in Real Estate Manager?
The AI features are included in the licence, but they run on your own AI provider API key, so you set up that account and pay the provider for usage. MLS Genie™ AI features are included and run for you.
Which one should I choose?
If you or your developer want to build a listings site yourself for a low one-time cost, and you will handle MLS licensing, CRM, and marketing separately, Real Estate Manager is a capable, affordable plugin. If you want the MLS, an SEO-ready website, a CRM, lead generation, and marketing working together — and run for you — MLS Genie™ is built for that.
