What is Voice Search?
Voice Search lets visitors find listings on your site by speaking naturally — "show me 3-bedroom homes in Big Bear under $600,000" — rather than filling in a search form. The speech is converted to text, parsed for intent, and translated into a filtered listing search automatically.
How it works
When a visitor clicks the microphone button, their browser requests microphone permission. Their spoken query is processed by the browser's built-in speech recognition. The recognised text is then parsed to extract maximum price, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, area or city, property type, and status filters — in English or Spanish — and the visitor is taken straight to the matching listing results.
Competitive advantage
Voice Search is a differentiator that most competing platforms — including BoldTrail, BoomTown, and Follow Up Boss — do not offer.
