This policy explains how MLS Genie™ Real Estate Platform uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage). Only strictly necessary cookies are set until you make a choice.
Categories
- Strictly necessary — security, bookings, login and remembering your choices. Always on.
- Analytics — counts visits with advertising features off. Off until you allow it.
- Marketing & advertising — ads, promotional pop-ups and ad measurement by partners such as Google Ads and Meta. Under US state privacy laws this may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Off until you allow it.
Maps & videos
Maps on this site are provided by Google Maps, and videos by providers such as YouTube and Vimeo. Loading them connects your browser to those companies, which receive your IP address (and, for maps, the place shown) and may set cookies.
They load only when you click “Load map” or “Load video,” or when you allow “Maps & videos” in Your Privacy Choices.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of marketing cookies, sale and sharing. There is no common standard for “Do Not Track,” so we rely on GPC and your choices here.
Visit statistics
We count page visits on our own server without cookies and without storing IP addresses. Nothing is shared with third parties.
When you make a privacy choice, we keep a record of it (a random Consent ID, the time, your choice and a shortened IP address) for 24 months so we can show your choice was honored. Your Consent ID is shown in Your Privacy Choices; quote it if you contact us about your data.
