MLS Data Dump — inspecting raw feed fields

Look up any listing by MLS number and see every field exactly as the feed delivered it.

What it shows

Enter an MLS number and the tool returns every field the feed delivered for that listing — unprocessed, unmapped, exactly as received. Around 750 fields come back for a typical listing, most of them empty, because the standard covers every property type from a studio condo to a working ranch.

When to reach for it

It answers one question better than anything else on the platform: is this wrong on our side, or did it arrive that way? A price that looks stale, a missing bedroom count, an address that does not match what a portal shows — check the raw field first. If the value is wrong in the dump, the correction belongs with the listing agent, not with us.

Where to find it

GenieScout → Settings → MLS Data Dump. It sits with the other GenieScout tools because it reads the feed, and it is available to team leads and administrators.

What it is not

It is a read-only inspector. Nothing you see there can be edited, and looking a listing up changes nothing about how it displays on your site.

My team recently switched from CINC Pro to MLS Genie and I absolutely love it! MLS Genie is so much easier to use and less confusing!
