Responding to reviews

Click any review in the inbox to open the response panel. Type your response and click Publish. The response is posted to the originating platform under your connected account.

Review platforms

The platforms available in your review inbox depend on which accounts are connected in your GenieSocial™ settings. Common platforms include Google, Zillow, Facebook, and Realtor.com. Contact your account manager to confirm which platforms are available for your subscription tier.
