Opening the composer
From the GenieSocial™ dashboard, click New Post in the top right. The composer opens and shows all connected social accounts.
Writing your post
Type your post content in the composer. You can select which connected accounts to publish to — publish to one platform or all of them simultaneously.
Attaching media
Click the media icon to attach an image or video to your post. Supported formats and size limits depend on the destination platform.
Publishing
Click Publish Now to post immediately, or use the schedule option to set a future publish date and time. Scheduled posts appear in the Posts dashboard with a "Scheduled" status until they go live.
Viewing published posts
The Posts dashboard shows all published and scheduled posts. Use the platform filter at the top of the list to narrow by social network. Click any post to see its engagement metrics if available for that platform.
