How it works
Behind the scenes, GenieProspect™ queries a contact database that cross-references billions of records — property, tax, phone, email, and identity signals — to return the owner’s current cell phone and email. Independent benchmarks place its right-party contact rate at roughly 76%, about 3× the industry average for skip-tracing tools. This is the same class of database professional wholesalers and investors pay separately for; in GenieProspect™ it’s included.
Do Not Call scrubbing is mandatory
Every number found is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before anything is saved. Numbers registered on the DNC list are never presented as callable. This is not optional and cannot be turned off.
Litigator and consent guards
Known TCPA litigator numbers are never saved. Automated marketing and texting stay off on every prospect until the owner gives real consent — while DNC-scrubbed calling and personal email are available immediately. The consent fields are never pre-checked by prospecting.
Retrying a lookup
If a prospect comes through without a clean contact, you can trigger a fresh skip-trace from the lead at any time — it runs the same DNC scrub and guards before saving anything.
