How the pool works
GenieProspect™ keeps a capped pool of prospects in your Prospects pipeline stage and tops it up automatically as you work them, within a daily budget. It never floods you — new prospects are only researched when there is room in the pool and budget remaining for the day.
Caps and daily budget
Two limits keep prospecting predictable: a total pool cap (how many prospects sit in the pool at once) and a daily cap (how many new prospects can be added per day). Both are set for your account. An untouched pool costs nothing — because prospects are only researched when a slot opens, an idle pool does no lookups.
How refilling is prioritized
When there is room, each enabled scan gets a guaranteed slot in rotation, then any remaining slots are filled by priority. As you work prospects out of the pool, it tops itself back up on the same schedule.
Notifications
New prospects are announced with a top-bar bell alert, and your team receives at most one branded digest email per day summarizing what was added — never a message per prospect.
