What is GenieProspect™?
GenieProspect™ is automated seller prospecting built into GenieCRM. You choose which scans to run, and GenieProspect™ keeps a self-refilling pool of fully researched seller prospects topped up for you — each with the owner name, mailing address, and one-click real skip-tracing for owner cell phone and email. Skip-tracing is built directly into the platform — you never export your list to a third-party tool.
Where prospects appear
Prospects land in a dedicated Prospects stage in your pipeline, each card badged with the scan that found it (Expired & Cancelled, Pre-Foreclosure, High Equity, and so on). Every prospect also carries an estimated home value — from public-records valuation data, with the Genie Quick Valuation engine filling in from recent comparable sales when that source has no estimate — shown on the prospect, sortable across the list, and totaled at the top of the Prospects page. Expired & Cancelled prospects additionally record the date the listing left the market, displayed bold on the prospect. Prospects are kept out of your main Leads list and your lead stats until you engage them, so they never dilute your working numbers.
Enabling GenieProspect™
Go to GenieCRM → GenieProspect™, turn on the scans that fit your market, and set your daily budget. Prospecting begins automatically — there is no Run button to remember. Saving your settings triggers the first refill.
Availability
GenieProspect™ is a $199/mo add-on and is not included in any tier. It can be added to Agent, Agent Pro or Team. Each scan activates only where the required MLS permissions and public data are in place — managed centrally, with nothing for you to configure.
