When does the AI ask for contact details?
GenieAI™ is configured to ask for contact details at natural points in the conversation — when a visitor asks to book a viewing, requests a callback, or asks a question that requires agent follow-up. The AI does not ask for contact details in every message.
What is captured
The AI collects first name, last name, email address, and phone number. It also records the conversation context — what property the visitor was asking about, what they are looking for, and any specific requirements they mentioned.
The GenieCRM™ lead record
Once contact details are collected, a lead record is created in GenieCRM™ immediately. The lead source is set to "GenieAI™" and the full conversation transcript is attached to the notes field. The assigned agent receives a notification instantly.
Lead routing
GenieAI™ leads are assigned to the site admin by default and trigger an email notification. The agent notification setting in MLS Genie™ → GenieAI™ controls whether that notification fires. The lead source on every GenieCRM™ record created by the AI is set to "GenieAI™" so you can filter and track AI-generated leads separately.
