Quarantine — reviewing flagged listings

How to review, release, or reject listings that GenieScout™ has flagged for manual review.

What is the quarantine?

Listings that fail GeoGenie™ area validation are held in quarantine — they are imported into the database but not published to your site. This prevents incorrect listings from appearing in public search results.

Reviewing quarantined listings

Go to GenieScout → Quarantine. Each quarantined listing shows the address, the area it was assigned to, and the reason it was flagged. A map pin shows the listing's coordinates against the expected area boundary.

Releasing a listing

If a quarantined listing looks correct, click Release. The listing is published to your site immediately and will not be re-quarantined on future imports.

Rejecting a listing

If the listing data is clearly incorrect, click Reject. Rejected listings are removed from your database and will not re-import unless the source data changes significantly.

We replaced BoomTown and three other tools the week we went live. The MLS sync alone saved us four hours a day. Our agents were in the CRM on day one — there was nothing to learn.
