Fifteen agents.
One flat fee.
Everything in Agent Pro, for your whole team — plus the things that only matter once more than one person works the same pipeline: team chat, a shared directory, commission splits that calculate themselves, and two-way texting with leads.
You are paying for a team, not for seats
Most stacks bill per agent for the CRM, again for chat, and again for texting — three charges for the same person. Team is one fee with fifteen agents in it.
Across five separate logins
One login · 15 agents included
Less, for more
And that is before the five premium modules, which the stack on the left does not include at all. Add another agent and the gap widens by $99 rather than $112.
Comparison figures are typical published list prices for common tools and will vary by vendor and contract.
The things that only matter with more than one of you
Everything in Agent Pro comes with it. These are the parts built for a team working the same pipeline.
Team Chat
Channels, private groups and direct messages with @mentions, files and read receipts — right next to the leads the conversation is about.
Team Directory
Every member with photo, role and contact details, plus full profiles with bio, DRE, languages and service areas.
Commission Manager
Tiered splits, referral fees, broker deductions and agent payouts calculated automatically on every transaction. No spreadsheets.
Two-way SMS
Text leads from inside the CRM and see their replies on the lead timeline, so the whole team knows where a conversation got to.
Shared pipeline
Assign and reassign leads across the team. Agents see their own; managers see everyone’s.
Roles that hold
Agent, manager and team lead permissions, with CRM users kept out of the WordPress admin entirely.
The conversation sits beside the lead
Channels, private groups and direct messages inside the same workspace as your pipeline. Ask about a lead without leaving the record, and stop paying per seat for a separate chat tool that knows nothing about your listings.
Three things that only start mattering
once there are several of you
A solo agent does not need any of this. A team of fourteen needs all of it, and usually buys it as three more subscriptions.
Assignment and visibility
Agents see their own leads; managers see everyone’s. Reassign without handing the whole database to the whole team, and see which agent is sitting on stale follow-ups before the lead goes cold.
Role controlledCommission that calculates itself
Tiered splits, referral fees, broker deductions and agent payouts work themselves out on every transaction as it closes. No spreadsheet, no month-end reconciliation, no arguments about the maths.
No spreadsheetsTexting on the record
Text a lead from inside the CRM and their reply lands on the lead timeline, not in one agent’s personal phone. When someone is away, whoever picks it up can see the whole conversation.
Nothing lost on holidayEvery split, worked out on close
Set the rules once — tiered splits that change as an agent hits volume, referral fees, broker deductions, caps — and every transaction applies them on its own. What each person is owed is a number on a screen, not a monthly argument.
What the Team tier includes
What Team is
The whole platform for a whole team. Website, MLS import, CRM, every premium module, and the collaboration and money tools a team needs — with fifteen agents included in the flat fee rather than billed as seats.
What Team isn’t
A brokerage build. White-label brokerage deployments are custom-quoted to scope rather than sold as a tier. GenieProspect™ seller prospecting stays a $199/mo add-on here as on every tier, because it buys live data monthly rather than unlocking software.
Running a brokerage?
Brokerage builds are white-label and quoted to scope, with additional office locations at $199/mo each. Everything on this page comes as standard.

Team tier FAQ
How does the 15-agent allowance work?
Team is $1,695/mo with 15 agents included flat — not 15 seats billed individually. Every one of them gets the whole platform. Beyond 15, each additional agent is $99/mo, which is less than most CRMs charge for a seat that includes nothing else.
What does Team add over Agent Pro?
Everything that only matters once more than one person is working the same pipeline: Team Chat, the Team Directory, commission management, two-way SMS with leads, lead sharing and assignment, and manager visibility across every agent.
Do we pay separately for team messaging?
No. Team Chat is built into the platform, in the same workspace as your leads and listings. There is no separate chat subscription and no per-user messaging fee at any team size.
How does commission tracking work?
Tiered splits, referral fees, broker deductions and agent payouts calculate automatically on every transaction as it closes. No spreadsheet, and no month-end reconciliation.
Can agents see each other’s leads?
Only if you want them to. Agents see their own leads by default; managers see everything. Lead sharing and assignment are controlled by role, so a team lead can reassign without giving everyone access to everything.
Do our agents have to learn WordPress?
No. Agents work in GenieCRM, a dedicated real estate interface. They log in, see their leads, pipeline, tasks and listings, and never touch a WordPress screen — CRM users are kept out of the WordPress admin entirely.
What about brokerages larger than this?
Brokerage builds are white-label and custom-quoted to scope rather than sold as a tier. Additional office locations are $199/mo each and give that office the full platform.
