Nothing damages credibility like a sold listing still showing as active. A client finds a home they love, calls you, and it closed two days ago. The Off-Market Monitor prevents this automatically.
How it works
A daily scan checks every active listing on your site against the live MLS. Listings that have sold, been withdrawn, or expired are automatically removed from active search results. If a property returns to the market, it is automatically reactivated — matched by APN so a new listing key on the same parcel is handled correctly.
What you need to do
Nothing. The monitor runs on its own as part of the import schedule. Removed listings are reflected on your site without any manual cleanup.
