What Live Search is
Live Search is powered directly by the listings imported into your own database — not a third-party widget or cached feed. Every filter option shown is derived from listings that actually exist in your data, so there are no dead-end filters or phantom property types.
Waterfall filters
Filters cascade: Status narrows the available Property Types, which narrows the available Sub Types. Price, beds, baths, and garage filters appear only once a relevant sub type is selected. Geographic search supports city, MLS area, and postal code with multi-select OR logic.
Draw-to-search
Use the Draw Polygon or Draw Circle tool to scope an exact territory on the map — useful for a neighbourhood, farm area, or custom boundary that does not match any ZIP or MLS area. Click to drop points, close the shape on the first anchor, and results pull instantly from your imported data.
A finished shape is draggable — move it to re-search a new area without redrawing. Use Clear to reset both the shape and the results while keeping the map in view.
