The problem it solves
MLS photos arrive with no descriptive text at all. An image with an empty alt attribute is invisible to search engines and unreadable to anyone using a screen reader — and a listing gallery is most of the page.
What it writes
Alt, Title, Caption and Description are generated from the property’s own address and details, so each image describes the home it belongs to rather than repeating a filename. It runs in the background across the whole library and keeps up with new imports.
Photos imported by GenieScout
Listing images imported from the feed are always given fresh text, overwriting whatever placeholder was there. This is safe: those records exist to hold the reference to the photo, and nothing you wrote by hand is stored on them.
