Your MLS connection
Your MLS connection is not a credential you hold. MLS Genie™ authenticates it on our servers and issues your site a short-lived access pass, so there is nothing to enter, rotate, or protect. Settings → MLS Connection reports the status only.
Where other credentials are stored
Remaining API credentials are stored in Settings → Credentials in the CRM, encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption — they are never stored in plaintext.
Credentials managed by your account manager
The following are configured during onboarding and should not be modified without consulting your account manager:
- Property data API key
- Map tile API key
Credentials you manage
- Google OAuth — For Google Analytics and Google My Business integration. Set up in Settings → Integrations → Google.
- AI API key — Required for Genie Chat. Provided with your subscription and entered in MLS Genie™ → Genie Chat.
Rotating credentials
If a credential needs to be rotated, update it in the Credentials panel and click Save. The new value is encrypted and stored immediately.
