What sends automatically
When a lead or inquiry arrives through any intake path — Form Bridge, a native Genie form, or the AI chat — GenieCRM™ can send a branded confirmation email to the contact automatically. This reassures the client their message was received and keeps your brand front and center.
Where to configure it
Open Settings → Notifications inside GenieCRM™. Each confirmation type (lead confirmation and inquiry confirmation) has a subject and message field. The default branded copy is shown as the placeholder, so you can see exactly what will send before you change anything — leave a field blank to use that default.
Tokens
Confirmation messages support tokens that are replaced with the contact and agent details at send time, so each message is personalized without manual editing.
Agent notifications
Alongside the client-facing confirmation, the assigned agent is notified of new activity so nothing slips through. Notification behavior is managed from the same Notifications tab.
